We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or a replacement product at no additional cost.
No Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not allowed after a completed purchase.
Approved returns do not automatically qualify for a refund. Full refunds will only be issued if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent by us.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have and place a new order separately once the return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
Please note that refunds are only issued for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
